Description
Total brainfart. So this originally started while I was trying to build myself some new brushes in CS 5. That never ended up happening though, just kinda spiralled off from there.
I think it shows that I didn't plan this image in any way, but basically just kept tacking things on. It was fun to just randomly paint and experiment though, so I just went with it.
The typography was not designed by me, but rather by the highly educated Shane Long ( [link] ). The type has also been misappropriated, it was originally made for a different illustration, depicting the two Satellite Soda characters Sim and Deadfang.
Well there's only Sim in this piece, but I wanted type in there and I think it still fit well enough in terms of context.

Great looking poster in my mind. It's fun to just let yourself go and design where ever the imagination takes you at the time huh. Good too that you had a splendid result
